Bill payment: You may pay by credit card, company cheque or cash. Payment by credit card or cheque will be debited at the moment your order is placed.

Returns (defective): If you find that the delivered product is defective, you have 7 days to communicate with us by calling 1-888-492-9984; otherwise, no credit or exchange will be made. The product must be returned to BG Beauté, 3361 av. de la Gare suite 114, Mascouche, QC, J7K 3C1 within 7 days after receiving your order. You must return the product whole and in the original packaging in which you received it (non-deteriorated), without affixing any comment, label, or other item. The product must be packed so that is completely protected from breakage. BG Beauté reserves the right to charge repackaging fees based on the condition of the returned product.

Adhesive returns: If you determine that the ordered adhesive is defective, you have 30 days from the reception of your order to contact us by calling 1-888-492-9984, otherwise no credit or exchange will be made. Some cases require that the adhesive must be returned at BG Beauté, 3361 av. de la Gare suite 114, Mascouche, QC, J7K 3C1 within 48 hours following the notification of the problem. The adhesive shall be returned complete in its original packaging not deteriorated, as you received it. The product must be packed in a package protecting it perfectly from shocks and temperature variations. BG Beauté will lead an effective test to validate the status of the adhesive. This test may take up to 10 business days. In the meantime, it will be suggested to buy another adhesive. Based on the result of the tests, BG Beauté reserves the right to apply or not a credit to the account.

Return SkayaPro device or cartridges: See the return section. Please note that for these products, NO returns or exchanges will be accepted once the security seals are opened on the device case or on the cartridges. Once the security seals are opened, these products are on final sale.

Return (allergy): No credit or exchange will be granted in a case of allergic reactions.

Resale outside our distribution interdictions: Our products are intended for sale in our distribution networks only. Consequently, our products may not be sold, purchased, or used as gifts for the purpose of resale outside our distribution networks, including, among others, on websites, and offenders may incur civil liability and, where appropriate, criminal liability, irrespective of an infringement upon the brand or harm to product integrity.

Training Deposit: Due to the limited number of spaces, your deposit will not be reimbursed in the event of any cancellation. You can, however, transfer your registration to another person. Please note that you have a minimum of 10 business days before the date of the training to advise BG Beauté if you must move the training date for some reason, and, free of charge. Otherwise, a fee will be automatically applied to the balance of payments of your training.

Training: No training will be refunded under any circumstances.

Title retention clause: The vendor retains ownership, fully and wholly, of all merchandise sold until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Payment methods: You must have a client account at BG Beauté to pay for your order.

Consumer protection: The company reserves the right to stop the sale of its products if it finds that the client is not complying with the safety and hygiene instructions required for protection of the consumer.

Image protection & Copyright: BG Beauté reserves the right to stop selling its products if it considers that the customer does not respect the know-how of the company, showing unjustified discounts that so devalues the brand and can create doubt in the consuming as to the reliability and quality of our brands.

Shipping charges: It is your responsibility to keep your contact information up to date in your customer file to ensure the proper routing of your order. All orders over $250 will be delivered to the Canada Post outlet closest to your address in your customer file. All orders under $300 will have a fixed shipping cost of $18.50 and is subject to change without notice.
